With over 40,000 Sq. Ft. of total production operations indoors, challenges associated with Coating/Lining Applications & Curing, are easily maintained. Our work force includes NACE Trained & Inter-Provincial ticketed personnel. Corrcoat's Shop facilities have drive through yards for Loading/Unloading and Handling via Forklifts & Overhead Cranes with capacities up to 65,000 lbs. Our Pipe Wheelabrator has capabilities from 1" up to 88" diameter, handling up to 60' Lengths.

Shop: Abrasive Blasting to Structural Steel, Tanks, Vessels & Pipe, including internal surfaces. All types of liquid applied coatings & linings - Alkyds, Zincs, Epoxies, Urethanes, 100% Solids Plural component coatings & linings. Tape wrap to Pipe exteriors. Multimedia abrasive blasting capabilities. Metalizing for corrosion control.

Quality Control: Corrcoat Services QC program is managed, monitored and enforced by an independent third party Inspection firm, employing NACE Certified coating inspectors.

Pipe Wheelabrator: Corrcoat Services Pipe Wheelabrator unit's capabilities are from 1" up to 88" diameter pipe, handling up to 60' lengths. This unit efficiently cleans the pipe surfaces to SSPC - SP10 Standards if required.
